Responsibilities
-Formulate and implement leasing and tender strategy to achieve desired trade-mix plan and maximize revenue
-Manage leasing and tenancy matters including market research, pre-marketing, tender execution, fit-out co-ordination and monitoring of licensees' performances, etc., to sustain a high quality retail portfolio in HKIA
-Drive and support new projects to continue the growth of HKIA retail business, including technovation and data analytics initiatives
-Market studies and preparation of showsuites and marketing collaterals for T2 and T2C retail portfolio
-Any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines
-At least 8 years' relevant experience in leasing and property management industry with sizeable organisations
-Good understanding of retail leasing practice
-Strong connections with retail brands and F&B operators
-Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
