Responsibilities

Manager, HRIS (On 18-Month Contract Basis)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the HRIS implementation project. Liaise with key business stakeholders, process owners and key users to ensure the project tasks are completed as planned
- Discuss with policy and process owners to understand the “as it” processes, identify areas of improvement and propose “to be” processes
- Work alongside IT team to complete the required procurement procedures for new system implementation
- Develop and maintain the project implementation plan, prioritize project tasks, manage project resources, manage project progress and deliverables of system vendors, maintain project documentation, and ensure that the project is delivered on time, budget and quality and in compliance with functional specifications and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular updates to project steering committee on project status, identify business risk and potential issue and recommend possible resolution
- Create and update user manuals, training materials and other documentation to support the implementation and usage of new HR systems and tools
- Conduct training to users at different level on deployed systems and applications
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in handling HRIS implementation project within sizable organizations
- Proven track record in managing complete HRIS implementation cycle including but not limited to collection of business/functional requirements, analysis and to-be process design, UAT planning & execution, data conversion/migration, training, change management and communication;
- Experience in leading HRIS solution and/or Cloud-based HRIS is highly preferred;
- Strong project management and problem solving skills, and is able to effectively communicate with stakeholder at different level
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
