Responsibilities
- Formulate the master development plan of HKIA Logistics Park (LP) through working with consultants and internal teams
- Execute and follow through the land and asset acquisition and utilization process
- Contemplate the operation and development models for various logistics facilities and infrastructure in HKIA LP.
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies for various facilities
- Collaborate with technical teams to complete the design and development of the intermodal cargo pier and transshipment handling facility at HKIA
- Formulate operation model and procure operators for pier and transshipment handling facility
- Execute and follow through the land and asset acquisition and utilization process
- Contemplate the operation and development models for various logistics facilities and infrastructure in HKIA LP.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration, logistics, transport, aviation, supply chain, engineering or other related disciplines
- At least 8 years of total working experience in aviation related company with good knowledge in air cargo business
- Good experience and/or knowledge in facility planning and project management
- Experience in Mainland related projects is an advantage
- Strong planning and formulation capability with proven co-ordination and project management skills
- Fast-learning, analytical, able to think out of the box
- Proactive and well-organized with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- At least 8 years of total working experience in aviation related company with good knowledge in air cargo business
- Good experience and/or knowledge in facility planning and project management
- Experience in Mainland related projects is an advantage
