Highlight
The Learning Specialist will deliver service and operational training for all categories of cabin crew. The position will also be responsible for assisting in the design, development and delivery of cabin crew training courses and e-learning modules, trainee performance management, the communication of company messages, maintenance and upkeep of learning material.
Responsibilities
-Conduct service and operational training with adherence to service standards, operational and regulatory requirements
-Monitor and assess cabin crew training performance, provide feedback and coaching to participants
-Assist in training needs analysis, design and updating of training materials including e-modules
-Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Perform administrative duties (e.g. training reports, records)
-Classroom or mock-up preparation and housekeeping for training
-Assist in promoting cabin safety and service related concepts and best practices to the cabin crew community
-Perform training duties which are deemed appropriate as and when assigned
-Attend cross section/departmental meetings as and when required
-Participate in training related projects as and when required.
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality and/or cabin crew experience
-Training and development experiences will be an advantage
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English
-Good presentation skills and good working knowledge of computer skills with MS Office applications
-A quick learner, organized and able to work effectively and professionally under time pressure with strong desire to help others to succeed
-Flexible and adaptive to change
-Strong planning and organising skills in support of project work
-Sound PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint a must
-Willingness to work occasionally during rest days and public holidays (compensatory day off will be given in lieu)
