To investigate, document, analyse and recommend improvements to the operating model of core Airline Operations processes across multiple Business Units.
To design and implement process transformation leveraging advanced technology and insights introduced within the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) Transformation programme.

Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, workshops with relevant business units and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvements, to ultimately generate and present recommendations to re-engineer the business process.
- Support Head of IOC Transformation and GM IOC to articulate - within the IOC Strategic Roadmap - the key Business Processes improvements & Lean opportunities
- Work closely with the end-users, Heads of departments and Leadership teams (General Managers & Directors) to devise the to-be processes for the IOC function (IOC team + connected business units).
- Work closely with other members of IOC Transformation team (e.g. GM, Head, Leads, IT Scrum team, Data Scientists) to align the IT product features design with the required process changes.
- Help drive implementation of new operating model / processes with a focus on how to use the new capabilities / tools delivered by the IOC Transformation team
- Define and implement adequate metrics to enable process measurement, derive insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop a strong understanding of the broader airlines operations (e.g. Engineering, Flight Operations, Airports Operations, Planning) to ensure the delivery of cohesive & consistent capabilities for IOC and connected operations teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience required in either Business Analysis, Data Science / Analytics, Business Process Re-engineering / Lean methodologies.
- Airline operations knowledge is highly beneficial.
- Experience in conceptualizing creative solutions / ideas, as well as documenting and presenting them for senior management buy-in.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of staff.
- Ability to work independently and decisively under pressure.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and lead change.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Detail orientated, organized with strong time management skills, and strive for quality
