Responsibilities
● Be responsible for all managerial duties of the project, including finance and HR.
● Build positive relationships with donors.
● Generate regular reports, monitor performance and manage database of the Project.
● Plan and coordinate suitable staff development programs.
● Source therapeutic/ developmental activities for children with relational trauma.
● Provide funding of the Project for service user of Residential Child Care Service.

Requirements
● Degree in social work, communications, public relations, marketing or counselling.
● 5 years or above in social service program execution/ public relations/ charity fund management.
● 2 years or above on management/ supervisory duties.
● Experience on serving children in residential child care setting is more preferred.
● Passion to serve children with trauma.
● Empathetic, outgoing, self-disciplined, persistent and attention to details.
● Good language skills, an excellent communicator and story teller, outgoing, agile and proficient in Excel.
● Monthly salary can be up to 40K, depending on ability and experience.
