Purpose: The job holder will support the effective planning and deployment of flight crew and cabin crew in Cathay Pacific.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for flight crew and cabin crew manpower planning.
- Generate productivity statistics, reports and analytics.
- Support the monthly flight crew annual leave administration process.
- Rotate to different streams with the aim to further enhance job knowledge and skills in crew resource management subjects.
- Ensure operational requirements are met legally and cost effectively.
- Handle real time operational problems and provide sensible and logical solutions.
- Contribute to overall performance and continuous improvement process of the team.

Knowledge
- Tertiary education.
- Knowledge of Approved Flight Time Limitations Scheme, flight crew and cabin crew training and industrial rules will be advantageous.
Skills
- Strong analytical mind and likes number crunching.
- Computer literacy with good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
Experience
- Airline experience is an advantage.
- Tertiary education.
- Knowledge of Approved Flight Time Limitations Scheme, flight crew and cabin crew training and industrial rules will be advantageous.
