Creative Content Manager

We ideate, create and produce customer and employee-facing content, namely photography, video, graphic design, art direction and copy; across disciplines of branding, customer experience, marketing, digital and product design.
We are looking for a highly strategic creative leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of creatives; guiding and inspiring them to create exciting and engaging content across multiple forms to support the business.
Responsibilities
Creative Direction
-Manage and develop a high-performance team; as the creative leader, you will guide and inspire multiple creative disciplines: photography, video, graphic design and copy.

-Write persuasive, engaging, and impactful English such as messaging, video scripts and taglines that effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.
-Oversee the development of brand assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual elements.

Leadership & Management
-Have a pulse on creative trends, and demonstrate a versatile creative sensibility that extends across different content genres. From promotional brand documentaries to packaging design ensuring that our creative output reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
-Work closely with project owners and departments across the company to understand their business needs, and strategise effective creative solutions that align with their goals
-Oversee the creative production process with our in-house media production team, including managing timelines, resources and budgets
Requirements
-Proven experience in a senior creative role, with a focus on storytelling.
-Experience in leading and managing cross-functional creative teams, including photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and copywriters.
-Excellent understanding of visual communication principles, branding, and marketing strategies.
-Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and storytelling.
-Masterful presenter and strong storyteller, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in project management tools
-Knowledge in design and video software is preferred.
-8+ years of work experience, with a book of inspiring ideas.
-Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, Chinese would be incredible.
-Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
-An absolute lover of travel and all that it represents.
