－Diploma or above in construction management, facility and property management, or a related discipline.
－Prior experience in construction management, facilities management, or a related field is required.
－A strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and safety standards is essential.
－Proficiency in using computer-aided design software, or other relevant tools is beneficial.
－Fluency in Cantonese and English, proficiency in written Chinese and English.
