Building Officer

Responsibilities
－Managing building operations, conducting facilities inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations, vendor and contractor management.
Requirements
－Diploma or above in construction management, facility and property management, or a related discipline.
－Prior experience in construction management, facilities management, or a related field is required.
－A strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and safety standards is essential.
－Proficiency in using computer-aided design software, or other relevant tools is beneficial.
－Fluency in Cantonese and English, proficiency in written Chinese and English.
