Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
-Assist Project Quantity Surveyor on the pre-contract and construction stages support
-Perform cost review and analysis on tenders and awards
-Perform cost estimates, cost data analysis, measurement and post-contract administration including valuation of variations and settlement of final accounts
-Evaluate project costs and expenditure forecast information to support budget planning process
-Assist to oversee project cash flow and prepare financial reports

Requirements
-Degree holder in Quantity Surveying / Construction Cost Management / Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 3 years' relevant working experience in quantity surveying
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
