Through collaboration with the Digital Team, Regional Distribution Committees and other stakeholders, this role will generate insights and actions relating to what products our customers are used, and associated behaviours. This role will also help generate insights for pricing decisions and provide broader insights including dashboards to enable sales and distribution effectiveness
Responsibilities
-To lead the requirement consolidation, development, support and enhancement of a distribution data model and dashboard for RHCs and other stakeholders to understand the customers' behaviour and booking performance.
-To lead the data capture and data analytics on customer booking data, provide sales insight on the sales practice of individual customers and assist in guiding the regional sales team to perform data-driven decision-making based on facts and distribution metrics.
-To review the agency performance of booking and flown differences (Booking integrity) and initiate possible improvements to enhance all distribution channels, provide market share analysis to management on a project basis
-To develop tools and mechanisms to recruit and manage CASS and non-CASS agents amongst all distribution channels.
-To publish and communicate the booking policy that facilitates our customers' end-to-end book to flown experience.
Requirements
-Holding a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Cargo industry.
-Good capabilities of data analytics and numerical capabilities with experience in business process review preferred
-Good knowledge in developing and using data analytics tools such as Qliksense, Qlikview, Tableau and PowerBI preferred
-Sound project management skills with solid experience in participating in cross-departmental work
-Hard-working, motivated, willing to learn and take on new initiatives and eager to drive changes
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, with polished communication skills
-Good Cargo commercial, reservation, and distribution channels knowledge is a plus.
