Role Introduction
Reports to: Assistant Manager GDS Management
The incumbent will be responsible for performing Shopping & Booking cost (i.e. GDS, IBE, NDC, PSS) control and budgeting, analysis and invoice audits to minimise cost spent. He / She will also support Cost of Sale management and drive areas of improvement.

The incumbent will be responsible for performing Shopping & Booking cost (i.e. GDS, IBE, NDC, PSS) control and budgeting, analysis and invoice audits to minimise cost spent. He / She will also support Cost of Sale management and drive areas of improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Shopping & Booking cost (i.e. GDS, IBE, NDC, PSS) data accuracy on monthly basis for cost account budget
- Renew Shopping & Booking cost data model for supporting cost of sales report and costs measurement & analysis in order to drive area of improvement
- Manage BIDT development with vendor and IMT via change implementation and process automation
- Conduct invoice audit to validate rebate performance, and issue claims in accordance to invoice errors

Requirements
- University graduate in business or relevant areas
- Good understanding of GDS charges and contracts, and other shopping & booking cost (i.e. IBE, NDC and PSS)
- Strong analytical skills, especially in Excel. Good skills in data tools such as Altreyx & Qilksense is a plus
- Detail-minded and possess good problem solving skills
- Good commercial sense
- Able to work independently
