Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
-Ensure the security standard in HKIA are in compliance with the security requirements stipulated in International Civil Aviation Organization Annex 17, Hong Kong Aviation Security Programme and other relevant regulations
-Review, update, maintain and promulgate the Airport Security Programme, ARA Permit System Manual and Quality Assurance Programme to satisfy the requirements of the Hong Kong Aviation Security Programme for safeguarding the security of HKIA
-Coordinate the gazette of Airport Restricted Area under Aviation Security Ordinance and Restricted Area under Airport Authority Ordinance
-Engage with regulatory authorities for the necessary approval for changes of security arrangement arising from Interim 2RS and 3RS development
-Support both internal and external security audits and follow up the audit remedial measures
-Monitor the performance of AVSECO in implementing the security procedures and its quality assurance programme and achieving the standard of security services, and identify opportunities for further improvement

Requirements
Bachelor degree in business administration, public administration, engineering or other relevant disciplines
Minimum of 6 years' relevant working experience in sizable organizations. Experience in airport operations will be an advantage
Strong project management, problem solving and analytics skills
Open-minded, good interpersonal and organization skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving licence is an added advantage
