Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
The incumbent is responsible for the safety supervision of project civil and building works to ensure that the works are properly built in accordance with specified requirements for materials and workmanship in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities
-Manage and deliver projects the expansion of Facial Recognition System (FRS) for 3RS operations
-Assist the extension of FRS for Flight Token enrolment and validation checkpoints at check-in counter, iCUSS, Self-Bag Drop, e- Security Gates and e-Boarding Gates
-Develop, evaluate and deliver innovation solutions with internal departments, airport business partners, vendors, universities and R&D centres
-Assist to design and develop innovation culture, process and solutions across departments
-Perform data analysis and studies to monitor performance, customer satisfaction and progress of passenger systems, process improvement and other projects as assigned
-Work across departments and business partners on matters relating to operations/projects
-Deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
-Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Aviation Management and Business or any related disciplines.
-A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing business/ operations and using technologies to improve business performance with proven track record in driving change for business transformation/ integration projects
-Possession of IT and system related technical know-how
-Open, creative and entrepreneurial mindset
-Good leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
-Strong problem solving, supervisory and organization skills
-Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
-Strong PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoints
