Job Description

Responsibilities
What you'll do:
• Help to oversee different ongoing projects and liaising with stakeholders, technical team, vendors and end-users
• Support technical aspects of solutions, such as product and solution briefings, proposal preparations, supporting bid responses, proof-of-concept work, demo building, business logic analysis and the coordination of supporting technical resources
• Work with Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee different projects, with project costs, resources arrangement, payment & project milestones, project status report preparation etc.
• Help to prepare proposal for RFI/RFP, project tenders.
• Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules
Requirements
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
• Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Consultancy, System Integrators, or software product vendor
• Good at communication, optimism, team work oriented and open-mindset.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project execution, with excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
• Technical background as Business Analyst, Programmer, or System Analyst, and experience with ChatGPT or Other similar applications is an added advantage.
