-To be the core team member in overseeing the operations and customer service of the community based digital platform of Hong Kong air cargo industry
-To assist in formulating and executing the support and management framework, policy and SOP involved on Operations Control
-Direct involvement in the community engagement and interaction with multiple stakeholders in relation to the work involved in the incident investigation, root cause analysis and troubleshooting work
-To oversee and monitor the performance of service providers through regular review and update on the SLA performance
-To conduct training and refresher briefing to various stakeholders and partners on needed basis to ensure high quality performance to be attained
-To conduct random audit on digital platform usage satisfaction
-To drive for Work Improvement Team initiative for continuous improvement
-Bachelor degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines
-Minimum 6 years of working experience in customer service and account management role as related to logistics and supply chain industry is preferred; IT solution experience is an added advantage
-Analytical, strong problem solving skills with good commercial judgement
-Meticulous, persistent and bold to challenge on status quo
-Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and change management skills
-Target driven and result-oriented
-Self-starter, quick learner, innovative with can-do attitude
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal in both English and Chinese)
