Responsibilities
- Conduct studies and analysis to support the formulation and decision-making of cargo development projects including the HKIA Logistics Park
- Participate in and manage consultants to formulate the master development plan of the HKIA Logistics Park
- Coordinate and negotiation with various stakeholders for partnership arrangement and resources for project development
- Work with legal and financial consultants to conduct financial analysis and compile financial plans. Track the execution of such plans.
- Take charge or assist in project execution works, i.e. joint-venture establishment, business plan compilation, land acquisition, market sounding, tenders, etc.
- Participate in and manage consultants to formulate the master development plan of the HKIA Logistics Park

Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, Aviation, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
- Minimum of 6 years' working experience in aviation related company with solid cargo knowledge and internal / external stakeholder liaison experience
- Proven coordination and execution capability
- Proactive and well-organized with good planning, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Minimum of 6 years' working experience in aviation related company with solid cargo knowledge and internal / external stakeholder liaison experience
- Proven coordination and execution capability
- Proactive and well-organized with good planning, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
