Assistant Engineer, Electrical & Mechanical - (231137)

Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
-Monitor the progress and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any contractual, administrative, financial, design and construction issues relevant to all the government entrusted works;
-Coordinate with relevant parties for progress reporting and site inspections in accordance with the Entrustment Agreements regularly;
-Manage early access and handover of the government entrusted works in accordance with the Entrustment Agreements.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline;
-Member of any engineering equivalent professional bodies is an advantage;
-At least 6 years' relevant experience, of which minimum of 3 years should be construction related;
-Knowledge of construction management and reporting of construction works is preferred;
-Proficient in MS Office applications and strong presentation skills;
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage;
-Self-motivated, proactive, hard-working, good liaison/communication skills and result-oriented
