Highlight
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
-Assist in managing the condition survey for existing underground utilities and infrastructure at Hong Kong Port (HKP) and East Coast Support Area (ECSA), and the asphalt resurfacing of taxiways (Phase 3)
-Coordinate with both internal and external parties to manage the works to ensure that they are conducted in a safe and efficient manner with minimal impact on daily airport operations
-Identify design and construction issues and liaise with relevant parties to provide effective solution
-Assist in transforming and incorporating works records into digital platforms such as AA’s enterprise GIS
-Conduct contract administration including review of contractor’s submissions, assessment of contractor’s claims and certification of works completion
-Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required
-Coordinate with both internal and external parties to manage the works to ensure that they are conducted in a safe and efficient manner with minimal impact on daily airport operations

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 3 years' relevant working experience
-Solid experience in civil infrastructural works under a live operating environment is an advantage
-Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
-Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
-Proficient in MS Office applications
-Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
-Solid experience in civil infrastructural works under a live operating environment is an advantage
-Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
-Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
-Proficient in MS Office applications
