Responsibilities
- Handling Accounts Receivable (A/R)
- Perform daily accounting entries, documentation and filing in an organized manner
- Preparation of Statement of Account and manage credit control with debtors
- Generate monthly AR, AP ageing reports to management team
- Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation report
- Assist in invoicing and operation
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or above
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and bookkeeping
- Preferable with experience in Health & Technology industry or relevant
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Mature, independent and self-motivated
- Good team player with interpersonal skills
- Preferable experience with accounting software, i.e. Quickbook
- A team player with good interpersonal skill
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Immediate availability is required
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and bookkeeping
