Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform day-to-day building maintenance management services. Other duties include overseeing building and facilities maintenance and repairs, and undertaking improvement work for properties.
Requirements
-Degree with 3 years or Higher Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in Building Services / Safety / Engineering
-Solid experience in building services/ building related work / safety work
-Good communication in both English and Chinese
-Knowledge of PC operations
